Advanced Suspension Setup
Prerequisite - Basic Suspension Course, also must bring a quad
to the class that is setup to specs covered in Basic Setup Class.
We will need a photo and we will supply a spec sheet for you to
fill out prior to acceptance to this class.
Some of the things that will be covered:
Brief overview of basic suspension setup
Determining correct shock length
Determining how to achieve correct shock length
Checking for and determining correct spring rates
Setting race sag
Fine tuning crossover gap
Front to back shock balance
Suspension changes for specific tracks and conditions
Determining if shocks are to soft or stiff
Determining how to correct this
Handle bar position - the good, bad, and just OK
Basic shock service
Class length - 3 days
Class cost - $500.00 per person.
That price does not include lodging or meals but we can supply
contact info on the lodging.
Classes start at Noon and go till 8:00 P.M. with the evening
portion being at the track weather permitting.
No Cameras or Camcorders allowed. However I am looking for one
person to film the class and edit it properly. Must be experianced
and send me samples of prior work.
